When should attendees arrive?
The attendee retreat runs March 17–21, 2027. March 16 is committee arrival only, not the standard attendee arrival date.

Can I request a roommate?
Yes, the registration design includes an optional roommate request. It is not a guarantee and does not register or pay for another person.
Can I share dietary or accessibility needs?
Optional planning needs may be supplied during registration when it opens. Only authorized administrators will have access.
How will payment and confirmation work?
Registration opens soon. Secure hosted checkout is not connected yet. No payment is accepted and no place is reserved during review. Confirmation will only follow verified successful payment.
What is the cancellation policy?
The cancellation and refund policy is awaiting organizer approval and will be published before registration opens.
